We have a reservation for a family suite March 25 at Allstar Music. My elderly mom is in a standard room. I just learned they are not going to be adjoining, tho that was requested. Upon arrival, can we upgrade to adjoining rooms?

Ann, adjoining/connecting rooms are never guaranteed. In your case, it’s probably a matter of lack of inventory. Since you are in a family suite, it may be more difficult to find an adjoining room.
Please note that adjoining rooms are near each other or next door but do not have a connecting door.

Are you looking for a connecting room? Connecting rooms will not only be next to each other but they will have an interior door connecting them. I do know that the suites at All-Star Music do not connect to other suites from inside. I’m pretty sure due to the layout of the suites that they also do not connect to standard rooms.

Since you are concerned about your elderly Mom, I would call the All-Star Music resort at 407-939-6000 and ask what your options are for your stay. I think you’ll feel more at ease if you know prior to arrival what to expect. I would definitely have it noted on your reservation that your Mom’s room needs to be as close to your suite as possible.
