    Under my reservation I don’t see the option to make a payment. Do I need to call to pay?

    Hi Sarah, 

    Thank you for taking the time to send your question to us here at planDisney.  I am so happy to see that you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort early next year, I can't think of a better way to kick off the New Year!

    Depending on what type of reservation you have made, there are different options and requirements for paying your remaining balance.  If you have booked a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package that includes a Resort Hotel stay as well as Theme Park Tickets you will be able to make payments once your confirmation number is linked in My Disney Experience.  If your reservation does not automatically show up after a few days you will need to link the reservation manually.  In My Disney Experience, under "My Plans" toggle over Resort Hotel.  From there, click "Link a Reservation" and you will be guided through the process to link your reservation.  Once your reservation is linked, you will be able to view all of your information, including the Remaining Balance.  Beside the Remaining Balance, there is a button for "Make a Payment".  Once you click on the "Make a Payment" link, you will be able to make a payment toward the remaining balance at your convenience.  

    On the other hand if you have booked a Room-Only Reservation, after you have paid your initial deposit, the remaining balance isn't due until you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort and check-in to your Resort Hotel.  Upon arrival, you will be free to use your preferred method of payment to complete the transaction.   

    As always, if you would prefer to call and add a payment, a Cast Member will always be happy to assist in adding your payment to your Reservation.
