    My reservation doesn't look correct. Only my wife has a ticket to all of the parks.

    Hello Robert and welcome to planDisney!

    It makes me feel so excited to hEar you and your dear wife have a magical vacation planned for this coming Summer at Walt Disney World Resort.  August, and indeed all the summer months are fun times of the yEar to visit the most magical place on earth!  I think you'll agree that Cinderella Castle looks even more EARidescent when bathed in the Florida sunshine, especially during 2021 as part of The World's Most Magical Celebration.

    I'm sorry to hEar you're experiencing difficulties with your Disney Resort Collection hotel reservation and Theme Park Tickets.  Let's see if with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust we can begin to make your reservation look all neat and pretty!  

    I'm sure you've done this already, but using a laptop you'll need to open your My Disney Experience account and ensure you've correctly linked your previously made hotel reservation.  This can be achieved by heading to My Plans in the drop-down menu, then by hovering over Resort Hotel and clicking Link Reservation.

    This opens up a new window where Guests are invited to enter the Confirmation Number & Last Name on the reservation.  

    Next, you'll want to hover over My Tickets and click Link Tickets.  This opens another new window where Guests are invited to enter their ticket ID number.

    Plus of course, you'll want to be sure to have created a profile for everyone in your party in the Family & Friends section.  Family & Friends is a magical spot where everyone keeps their individual tickets and plans stored, and thus enables Guests to make pixie-dusted vacation plans together.

    I hope that makes some sense to you Robert!  It's actually quite easy to do, but not so easy to explain.  

    If necessary it's possible to speak with a knowledgeable Cast Member who will be only too happy to help by looking at your actual reservation and ticket details.  Simply dial the phone number for Existing Tickets contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory; prior to calling you'll want to be sure to have your Resort confirmation and ticket ID numbers close to hand.
