My reservation to Disneyland theme park is in my maiden name and my ticket is my married name. Will I need to update my reservation prior to my visit?

    Hey Dena!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for swinging by with a question!

Congratulations on your recent marriage! If you’re celebrating at the Disneyland Resort, don’t forget to stop by Guest Relations for a complimentary Happily Ever After pin for you and your spouse. Cast Members would love to help you celebrate by offering their best wishes!

I am happy to report that you do not have to change the name on your unused ticket in order to use it. Once you arrive at the turnstiles of the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks, a Cast Member will take your picture. That picture is then linked to your ticket and from then on, the ticket is associated with the person in the picture, not the name on the ticket. So need to change anything ahead of your visit!

I hope this answers your question! Please come back to see us if you think of any more.
