I want to make a reservation for Disneyland, but since February, there are no available dates for either park. I believe I got a special offer on my kids' tickets for January, and wonder if they're now no longer valid for any dates? Please help!

Hi Alyssa! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

The Kids' Special Ticket Offer is such a great deal! We're visiting Disneyland Resort soon and will be exploring the parks with family who also have taken advantage of the deal. When you purchase the Kids' Offer or any other ticket on the Disneyland Resort website, you select your preferred dates and parks, which is your theme park reservation. So, I believe you already have theme park reservations, which is why you see no availability when you attempt to book more: You've reached your maximum number of reservations for your tickets. Let's check, and if need be, modify the dates, because there is still availability.

First, navigate to the Disneyland Resort website and log in. Hover over "My Disneyland" and select "Ticket and Reservation Details" from the drop-down menu. Scroll down the next page until you see "Make or Modify Park Reservations." Click the button to be taken to a page with all your existing reservations. Scroll down to see "Upcoming Reservations." You should see your confirmed reservations there, and under the Confirmation Number, you should see a link to "Modify Reservation." If your plans have changed since purchasing the tickets and making your reservation, you can modify them to a different date from that link. Be aware that reservations might become increasingly limited as the Kids' Offer comes to a close. If you need to modify them, do so as soon as possible. Availability of reservations is not guaranteed, and I don't want you to miss out on using these tickets!

If you can't make a date within the usage period of the Kids' Offer, call the Tickets phone line to speak to a Cast Member about upgrading the ticket to a standard admission ticket. If the upgrade can be done, you'll pay the difference. Prices are subject to change. Have your ticket IDs and method of payment handy before making the call.

I hope your visit is right around the corner! There's so much magic in store this year. We're excited about exploring the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival on our upcoming trip. What are you looking forward to?

    Have a magical day.
