Hey there, Jodi!
Welcome back to planDisney. We're delighted you've dropped by again with another fantastic
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! It sounds like you'll be making your way back to The Most Magical Place on Earth pretty soon. I bet you're counting down each minute! I'd be more than happy to help you prepare for a magical and memorable Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Jodi, it sounds like you have a LEGO lover in your travel party. I can totally relate! My 5-year-old son requests a visit to
The LEGO Store at Disney Springs
every visit, and it seems like our house is overflowing with LEGO blocks. General entry into The LEGO Store is on a first-come, first-served basis, so you'll likely see a queue forming at the entrance to the store. However, Guests wishing to book the LEGO Minifigure Factory experience can usually do so by
clicking the link on the Walt Disney World Resort webpage or by calling the store at the
phone number listed on the Disney Springs webpage. If you're unable to secure a reservation online or over the phone in advance of your visit, I recommend checking at The LEGO Store early in the day to see if any same-day bookings are available! At the time of writing, the cost to create a custom LEGO Minifigure is around $12.
While you're at Disney Springs, I recommend making a stop by the in-house bakery at
Summer House on the Lake, Jodi. In my opinion, these warm, soft cookies are the
best in all of the Walt Disney World Resort and are not-to-be-missed on any visit to Disney Springs! The lemon crinkle glazed cookie is my personal favorite (and they make a
terrific breakfast for the following day!).
Jodi, I hope you've found this information helpful and I wish you a wonder-filled trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you think of any additional vacation planning questions, you're always welcome to revisit us here at
planDisney. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Warm wishes,
Lauren
