    I just got a reservation at a Disney Spring Resort Hotel. When I try to link the confirmation number to my account it won't let me. It says it is the wrong number or it does not exist. Please help!

    Hey Amanda! Thanks for stopping by planDisney. There’s nothing better than planning a vacation to Walt Disney World and I absolutely love Disney Springs, so you’re in a perfect location!

    From my personal experience, it may take a day for your confirmation number to render within My Disney Experience if you just made the reservation. If you’re like me and want to make sure that it gets added as soon as possible, go ahead and give the hotel a call to verify that you have the right confirmation number. This would also be my suggestion if you’ve had the reservation in your name for more than a day or two. In fact, one time I was entering the wrong confirmation email into My Disney Experience, so the hotel was able to give me the correct code and it worked like magic!

    As soon as your confirmation number is verified by the hotel you can rest easy knowing that everything will link together soon. Then comes the fun part. Vacation planning… and as long as you’re nearby, be sure to grab something delicious to eat at one of the outdoor bars at The BOATHOUSE. That’s my go-to spot!
