Hi there, Sarah!
Thanks for sailing over with your question! There is no shortage of amazing food on a Disney Cruise, so let's dig right in.
Every guest is automatically assigned a time to eat dinner in each of the main dining rooms, no reservations are required!
Rotational dining means you get at least one chance to enjoy each of the three primary dining rooms during your cruise, and your wonderful serving team will follow you to each one. It's one of my favorite parts of a Disney Cruise!
There are a few dining experiences on each ship that require reservations:
Reservations can be made for these extra experiences once your
booking window opens.
The adult-exclusive dining rooms also have a dress code, so pack accordingly! Sometimes reservations can be hard to get, especially on shorter cruises, so if you can't book in advance I always suggest checking with Cast Members when you board the ship to see if there is availability.
One of my favorite dining options on the ships doesn't require a reservation...you don't even need to leave your stateroom! I love to order a light breakfast from
room service, and most items are already included in your cruise fare. It's so nice to have a snack while you get cleaned up from a day at the beach or to sit on the verandah with a treat.
Sarah, I think I need a snack. I hope you have a fabulous and delicious cruise!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
