Hi! I have a reservation for dinner at Trattoria al Forno, following our day at Epcot. We were planning to walk over to the Boardwalk from Epcot at park closing. Will we be able to get back to our car in the Epcot following dinner (after EP is closed)?

Buon giorno, Shannon! Welcome back to planDisney. It's great to see you here again.

It sounds like you have quite the bella notte planned for your upcoming visit to EPCOT. On the day of your visit, EPCOT closes at 11:00 PM, so as long as you finish your meal at Trattoria al Forno with enough time to walk to the International Gateway and re-enter the park before closing, you will be permitted to walk through the park to the parking lot. Molto bene!

If you anticipate cutting it close, or want to avoid a long walk after your dinner, I recommend moving your car from EPCOT to the parking lot of Disney's BoardWalk. With your Advanced Dining Reservation, you are granted complimentary parking during your meal. This would be my choice for a more relaxing evening; I would aim to arrive about thirty minutes before my reservation, using the extra time to take in the resort's ambiance and explore the shops on the promenade. Following your meal, take a stroll and enjoy the lights along Crescent Lake. It's bellissimo!

I hope this is helpful as you make final preparations for your adventure! You are going to have such a fantastic day at EPCOT. Have you seen what's blooming at the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival? Be sure to check out some tips from my fellow panelists for making the most of your visit. Thanks again for stopping by, and we'll see ya real soon!

    Buen provecho!
