    Hi, my reservation came with a $300 dining card. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to use it during my stay. Is there a way to use it or have it refunded? Does it have an expiration date?

    Welcome to planDisney! I hope you had a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort, filled with plenty of holiday fun around the theme parks! 

    It sounds like you’re referring to the Disney Dining Promo Card that was included with select Walt Disney World room and ticket packages in late 2023 and early 2024. Unfortunately, according to the Disney Dining Promo Card Terms and Conditions, the Disney Dining Promo Card is non-refundable. The Terms and Conditions also state that the expiration date for your Promo Card will be listed on the card. If this card was delivered via email, please refer to the original email. The Dining Promo Cards can also only be redeemed at select dining locations, so they cannot be used for the purchase of merchandise, Theme Park tickets, or other Disney Gift Cards. These terms are subject to change for future promotions without notice.
