    I have a reservation for Dec. 21 to the 24th. I bought the cancellation insurance what's the latest i can cancel

    Hi, Todd!

    Without knowing the details of your reservation, I cannot give you an answer. There are many variables, including how you booked your trip, if you used a travel agent, or what travel insurance company you used. The easiest thing to do is to call wherever you booked your travel package, and speak to someone who can look at your insurance policy for details. If you booked everything directly through Disney, give a call to a friendly Cast Member at (407)939-1936, otherwise contact your booking agent. Check if you have a Travelex Travel insurance policy booked, and if so call (888)246-4967.

    Usually when purchasing travel insurance you will get a policy either mailed to your or sent via email. You may want to take a look at the fine print of your policy to see the details. I suggest you print out your policy and keep it with you during your travels in case you need to refer to it or need contact phone numbers. 

    Hopefully your vacation will go on as planned and you will not need to use the insurance. However, it is good to know you have it if needed. Good luck!
