Hiya Imogen!
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for bringing your question our way!
The
Disneyland Resort announced expiration date extensions for non-promotional single day tickets that expired on March 31, 2021 and wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expired on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021. These tickets had the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021.
If your ticket type has not been extended and you were unable to visit before expiration, don't worry! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of
Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
If you have any additional questions regarding your ticket, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member would be happy to assist you further.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
