Cynthia from NM Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a reservation with a 4-day park ticket. We want to arrive two days earlier, but need to stay in a different resort. If I make a room-only resort reservation can I adjust the park ticket date from the previous resort reservation?

Hey Howdy Hey Cynthia and welcome to planDisney!

I am happy to hear you will visit the Most Magical Place on Earth sooner than initially expected! There is so much going on during this time of year and I am sure you will have plenty to see, do and eat while on your trip, you will be happy to get there a little early! Thank you for your question on adjusting the dates of usage for your tickets, let's see what we can come up with.

In most cases, you can change the dates of your ticket usage online through your My Disney Experience account. Once you log onto your account, scroll to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Look for the heading "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" which you will click on. Once there, you should see all of your tickets listed and the members of the party they are linked to. Under each ticket, you should also see a blue "change ticket" link that you will click on. Once you do, you should be given the option to change the ticket for just one member or as many as you need to. You can navigate the options of changing the date, which should be listed. I will forewarn you that tickets are priced specifically for the day and time of year. So if you change your ticket even 1-2 days, these might be more expensive than the date you originally booked and you will be responsible for the price difference.

During your trip, there are going to be so many fun things to experience that are the standard magical experience but so many are also unique to the fall season. One of my favorites is EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. This celebration of seasonal food and drink offerings has so many great selections throughout the park, you can spend a whole day trying everything! On many nights, these great food and drink offerings are also paired with a fantastic show with some incredible artists at Eat to the Beat Concert Series. You are in for a special treat when visiting EPCOT during this time of year for this festival alone!

Our friends over at Disney Parks Blog were able to put together a fantastic Foodie Guide to help you navigate all of the offerings available during your trip to EPCOT. Check out the article for some "can't-miss" options to narrow down your focus!

I hope you all are getting super excited about your upcoming trip and I hope the planning has been part of the fun! If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out and let us know, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Nick
