Heather from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I had a reservation for 2-day 1-park admission for April but had to cancel. I am ready to reschedule for October but cannot find my tickets in my account anymore. I do have my previous confirmation number. Please help.

Welcome Heather! We are happy to have stopped by planDisney with your ticket question.

I'm sorry to hear that your previous plans to visit Disneyland Resort in April did not work out. The good news is that if you purchased those tickets this year they are most definitely still valid and waiting for you to use, although that has to be frustrating if you can't seem to find those tickets. First, I would double-check that you are logged into the correct Disney account that you used to purchase that ticket. The good news is that you mentioned you had the confirmation number from your ticket purchase. I would reach out to Ticket Services and have a Cast Member look this up to help provide you with your ticket ID numbers. I wish I was able to do this for you, but unfortunately, we do not have access to that information because we are just Guests like you.

Before you reach out to Guest Services, I would log into your Disney account and then head to the "Ticket and Reservation Details" page and follow the steps to book a theme park ticket reservation. If it lets you make a reservation that means your ticket is linked to your Disney account already. If it doesn't, then I would again just reach out to a Cast Member who will be able to get those tickets pulled up so you can get your reservations booked and be a step closer to visiting.

Heather, thanks so much for stopping by. We hope to see you real soon!

All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
