I have a reservation at 8:05 at Crystal Palace and I have found an answer to when they will let us in the park but my question is, what is the best way to get to the park that early? When do the buses start running?

    Welcome to planDisney, Gage!

Thanks for sharing your question with us. They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I think that’s especially true when visiting Walt Disney World. You’re going to need a lot of energy to see everything the Most Magical Place on Earth has to offer!

Your transportation options will vary depending on your starting point, but you are correct that Walt Disney World’s complimentary bus system is likely your best choice for getting to the Magic Kingdom. Buses begin running approximately 45 minutes before park opening, which includes Early Entry. So, for example, if Early Entry at the Magic Kingdom is scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM, then you can expect to see buses running around 7:45 AM (schedules are subject to change). You can find park hours information for your stay here

As you prepare for your Walt Disney World adventure, make sure you have the My Disney Experience app downloaded to your mobile device. Not only can the app help you make reservations and mobile order food, but it can also provide step-by-step directions and travel time estimates to most locations around Walt Disney World. I always use it to check my transportation options as we leave our hotel in the morning, just to make sure I have the most up-to-date information.

I hope this information is helpful, Gage. Enjoy your breakfast at Crystal Palace, and don’t hesitate to come back to planDisney if you have additional questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Magical travels!
