Ahoy there, Daniela! Welcome aboard, planDisney!
Your Disney cruise is just around the corner, and I’m so excited for you! The last month before a Disney cruise is filled with so many fun and exciting tasks as you prepare for your sailing. One of those tasks is completing your Online Check-In. I would be happy to answer your question regarding your Online Check-In and help get you on board that exciting Disney cruise!
All guests can complete their Online Check-In once their window opens. You can find this date on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. If you’re unable to complete it on the Disney Cruise Line website, my suggestion is to try completing it on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. Sometimes I find that switching from one to the other helps clear up any glitches.
If you’re still unable to complete it on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, it might be a website issue with the Online Check-In process, as some regions can sometimes experience website glitches (gotta love our pal, Stitch, who’s always keeping us entertained!). I contacted Disney Cruise Line, who verified that this could be the reason that you’re receiving a message to
check in at the port. They said it could be a website issue; however, you can also
contact them to ensure that there isn’t another reason based on your individual reservation information.
I also want to remind you to look over the
Passport and Travel Documentation that is required for your sailing, and to make sure that it’s all up-to-date.
Daniela, your cruise will be here oh-so-soon! I hope that I was able to provide clarification for your Online Check-In. I wish you so many wonderful memories on board! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any other questions.
