We have a reservation at the Coronado for two adults, 2 kids and one infant, standard room. My mother decided at the last minute that she wants to come. Does the Coronado have roll out beds for an extra fee? Or do we need to get a bigger room? Thanks

    Hi Alby,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

Unfortunately, all standard rooms at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort only sleep up to 4 Guests and an infant. If your Mother wants to join you and your family for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort, you would need to change room types and upgrade to a suite. While there are some available at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, they can be quite pricey and availability is limited.

I would recommend either getting a second room for your mother or, availability and budget permitting, I would highly recommend a Family Suite at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. If your kids don’t mind sharing a bed, your mother would have her own bed, and you and your spouse would be able to share the “master” bedroom with your littlest one. If your kids want separate beds, you can order a cot for your mother to use in these rooms for a small fee, availability permitting. Plus, Family Suites have two bathrooms and a kitchenette which I’ve found comes in handy when making a quick breakfast before heading out for a day of fun!

Should you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Have a Magical Day,
