    i have a reservation at coronado springs for my wife and i my wife may not be able to go my sister would like to take here place can i change names on reservation on line or do i have to call resort or change it on arrival at resort thank you

    Hi John!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I'm so sorry to hear that your wife may no longer be able to go, but I'm sure your sister will also have a great time at Walt Disney World.

    There are certain reservations that can be changed online, but I have found it much easier to call. You can call a reservation specialist at 407-939-1936.  For your convenience, here is a link to the Walt Disney World Phone Directory. 

    I recently changed Guests on one of my reservations and even after the new names were on the resort reservation, they still had to connect me to the Internet Help Desk to make sure the new Guests were active in the My Disney Experience section as well.  So, be sure to ask the Cast Member you speak with if you need to do the same.
