My reservation consists of two different resorts. How do I book the Magical Express arriving at one resort and departing from the second resort?

chEARs Sandra, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are going to have a wonderful time during your split-stay visit at Walt Disney World! The Resorts are my favorite “attraction,” and I love that you are maximizing the Magic by sampling two of them!

Disney’s Magical Express is truly Cinderella’s Coach. What other bus makes an airport commute magical?!? Every time I ride, I feel like my vacation starts the minute I board. I swear they sprinkle pixie dust through the vents!

When you call to make your Disney's Magical Express reservation (407-939-1936), let the Cast Member know that you will be arriving at one Resort and departing from another. When your yellow luggage tags arrive before your trip, they will coordinate with your first Resort hotel. Make sure they are attached to all of your checked luggage, and you are good to go! (Keep your MagicBands in your carry-on, you need those to check-in to Disney’s Magical Express and your hotel).

Once you’ve had your fill of the Magic (is it ever really enough, though?), you will receive a transportation notification the day before your departure at your second Resort. In it will be all of your check-in information, including your bus departure time and pick-up spot. If you are flying on a participating airline, you will also have the chance to check in your luggage at the hotel, thereby bypassing the airport lines. Just another way that Mickey Mouse makes your trip the BEST! As long as you indicate your split-stay on your reservation, it is as simple as that. (Mom tip - no worries about transporting your luggage between Resorts, Bell Services will happily take care of it for you, and it is complimentary).

Sandra, if you have any other questions, you know where to find us. We’re all EARS!
