    I have a reservation confirmation number but it will not allow me to make my park reservations. I try to link my tickets but is gives me an error and will not link. I try to make park reservations and it states i have an invalid number.

    Hello Charles, and welcome to planDisney!

    Oh boy! Your magical vacation is just a few days away! Before you know it, you will be enjoying the 50th Anniversary Celebration and the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. You are going to have so much fun exploring Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection. There are 50 golden sculptures, throughout all 4 theme parks, of your favorite Disney Characters, making their debut for the celebration. EPCOT has a few sculptures of its own. Be sure to check out the famous topiaries during EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival. These green-thumb creations are the perfect backdrop for selfies and group photos.

    Charles, I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble linking your tickets and making your park pass reservations. I would be happy to help you troubleshoot your issues. Whenever I am linking a ticket or reservation, it’s easier from a computer or laptop. Sometimes Stitch gets a little excited when he hears that Guests are coming to visit him and causes issues in My Disney Experience.

    - Log in to My Disney Experience on your computer.
    - Click on the My Plans tab to see your Plans and Tickets. Confirm that your reservation is linked to your account.
    - If you do not see your reservation, hover over the Resort Hotel button and click on Link a Reservation.
    - Enter your Confirmation Number and the Last Name on the reservation and click next. This will usually link your Theme Park Tickets to everyone on your reservation.
    - Scroll down to the click on the Tickets & Memory Maker tab. If you do not see tickets for everyone in your party, you will need to link them to your account.
    - Scroll back up to the Park Tickets button and hover over it to see the Link Tickets option
    - Click on Link Tickets and enter your (reservation) Confirmation Number on the ID Number line and click Next.
    - Follow the prompts to assign your tickets to the members of your party and confirm.
    - Now you can make your Disney Park Pass reservations.

    If you are still having trouble or getting errors, you will need to reach out to the Existing Tickets team at (407) 934-7639, where a friendly Cast Member will be able to sprinkle some Pixie Dust and get everything straightened out.
