Hi Angela!
A warm welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your great question about
Disney Park Pass theme park reservations. I am thrilled to help you plan your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Angela, in order to make Disney Park Pass theme park reservations you must have a
valid Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you have a confirmation number for your theme park ticket purchase, you can
link it to your account by visiting this page. Once your theme park ticket is linked, you can
access the Disney Park Pass system. You will be asked to log in, select your travel party, choose a date, and pick a theme park. Please keep in mind that theme park reservations are subject to availability and extremely popular. I encourage you to make your theme park reservations as soon as possible.
If the confirmation number you have is only for a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you must wait until you have a theme park ticket linked to your account to make your Disney Park Pass theme park reservations.
To learn even more about the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, please
visit the experience updates page. This page is chock-full of information on face coverings, physical distancing protocols, and contactless payment options.
If you have any additional questions, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you!
Happy Planning,

Priscila
