Royal greetings, Christopher! Welcome to the kingdom of planDisney!
It sounds like you have managed to secure an audience with Cinderella and the other princesses at
Cinderella’s Royal Table. How exciting! My family dined at the castle a few years ago, and it was a wonderful experience. Not only did they all enjoy the delicious meal, but being able to meet multiple characters without waiting in line and enjoying a break from the Florida heat was exactly what we needed to keep the magic going.
In my experience, I’d say that lunch or dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table usually takes around 60–90 minutes. A variety of factors may impact the length of your dinner, but if you arrive at your reservation on time, and maybe even check in a little early, you should be done in time to see
Happily Ever After. You may want to mention to your server that you are on a schedule, and while that won’t impact the timing of the procession of princesses visiting the dining room, they can take your order sooner and help keep your meal moving along.
Once you’re done with dinner, you’ll want to quickly find a spot to watch the fireworks. If you are ok with not seeing the projections on Cinderella’s Castle, then watching the show from Fantasyland can be a fun experience. It’s usually less busy, especially compared to Main Street U.S.A., and the fireworks are right overhead.
I hope this information helps with your vacation planning, Christopher. Don’t hesitate to come back if you have additional questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!
Magical travels!
Matt
