We have a reservation at Chef Mickey's at 9:00pm but we are staying at the Caribbean Beach. What is best way to get back to our resort? Would monorail to epcot and then but to Caribbean work? Is there a bus from front of epcot to CBR?

    Hi, Natasha! Welcome to planDisney!

As our pal Mickey Mouse would say, "Hot dog!" Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is only a week away! And I just know your family will love seeing Mickey along with Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto all geared up in their chefs' attire at Chef Mickey's in Disney's Contemporary Resort. It's such a fun experience, and the food is delightful! You're going to have an amazing evening!

To get back to the sandy shores of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, I think your best bet will be to walk over to the Magic Kingdom Park entrance and hop on a bus to your Resort hotel from there. The walk only takes about 10 minutes, and you may welcome a chance to stretch your legs a bit after such a filling meal! It looks like the Magic Kingdom is open until 10 p.m. all next week, and the buses will continue to operate for at least an hour after the park closes. With your dining reservation at 9 p.m., you should have plenty of time to enjoy your meal and catch a ride back "home" aboard Walt Disney World bus transportation.

If you have any concerns about the timing, you can always verify how late the buses will be running with a Cast Member at the front desk of Disney's Contemporary Resort or anyone working in the bus stop area (or a bus driver - they're a wealth of information!). Rest assured, they'll make sure you get where you need to go.

Natasha, I hope you have a fabulous meal with the gang at Chef Mickey's, and that your vacation is filled with magic. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
