    My reservation at Chef Mickey is 855pm and I was told from the Movies resort to take bus over to MK and walk to dinner. But after booking I found out MK closes at 7p that night. Can I still take the bus both ways or do I have to find another way there?

    Hi Beth,

    You should have no problem taking complimentary Disney transportation both to and from your evening meal at Chef Mickey's.  If the Magic Kingdom closes at 7 pm, buses will be running from your resort and back to this theme park for a minimum of an hour after park closing.  If you board a bus over to the Magic Kingdom at 7:45 pm, you will arrive there just shortly after 8 pm.  That will give you the perfect amount of time to either stroll over to Disney's Contemporary Resort or ride the resort monorail there.  You can spend a few minutes exploring the fourth floor of the Contemporary before you check in at Chef Mickey's. 

    After dinner, if there are no special evening events at the Magic Kingdom which keep transportation to and from that theme park rolling, grab a Disney's Hollywood Studios-bound bus in front of the Contemporary.  Once you arrive at Disney's Hollywood Studios, transfer to a Disney's All-Star Music Resort-bound bus and it will return you to your home resort.

    Have a fun dinner with Mickey and friends!
