Hi there, Debora!
“
Oh, bother.” I’m sorry to hear your travel arrangements have been changed like that. I hope things work out well to get to experience all the things you would like still.
1-Day tickets to the Disneyland Resort theme parks come in six different tiers. A given 1-Day ticket may be used on any of the dates for which it is valid. If you wish to visit on a different date that requires a higher-tier ticket, you will need to upgrade your ticket first. To upgrade a theme park ticket, you must visit a main entrance ticket booth. You will pay the difference in price between the amount paid for the original ticket and the current-day price of the new ticket.
Tony’s Tip: Because you must have a valid ticket before you can make a
theme park reservation, you may wish to purchase your new ticket in advance. That way, you will be more certain that reservations will still be available on the day you wish to visit. When you arrive at the Disneyland Resort that day, you may take your original ticket and your new ticket to the ticket booths to request a reimbursement for the amount paid for the original ticket. This is an exception to accommodate Guests who are not able to visit the ticket booths in person before the day of their visit to the theme parks.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Debora. If you have any more questions, we’d love to hear from you again here at planDisney. If you prefer, you may even choose to submit your questions
en español!
See ya’ real soon!
