Hey there, Jonna!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for stopping by with your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. In just a couple of short months, you'll be on island time when you check into
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort! Are you counting down the days yet!? Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is one of my favorite Moderate
Disney Resort hotels. The best part about this Disney Resort hotel (besides the swaying palm trees and white sandy beaches) is its location on the
Disney Skyliner. Getting to
EPCOT or
Disney's Hollywood Studios from Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a breeze - literally!
Jonna, it sounds like you're unsure whether your upcoming trip was booked as a room-only Resort hotel reservation or a vacation package. To confirm, you could link your reservation to your Disney account by following these steps:
- Log in to the Walt Disney World Resort website using your Disney account login information.
- Hover over "My Disney Experience" and select "My Plans."
- Under your Plans & Tickets section, hover over "Resort Hotel" and select "Link a Reservation."
- Enter the confirmation number and last name on the reservation, and select "Next." Follow the prompts to complete the linking process.
Now, your Disney Resort hotel reservation and any theme park admission you've purchased should be reflected under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" in your plans on My Disney Experience. If you don't see theme park tickets listed in your account, it's possible that you booked your vacation as a room-only Resort hotel reservation. If you booked as a vacation package, you'll likely see an option to "Make a Payment" near your Resort hotel reservation information on this page, and you should see
theme park tickets listed in your account. If you still have questions, you could reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line for clarification.
Jonna, once you've confirmed that you've purchased theme park tickets, be sure to make
theme park reservations ahead of your visit! There's so much to see and do in the theme parks in the springtime. Did you know that the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom during your visit? From one Midwesterner to another, there's no better way to shake the winter blues than by surrounding yourself with colorful topiaries while snacking your way around World Showcase at the Outdoor Kitchens! (Check out the
Disney Eats Foodie Guide ahead of your visit to map out your "must-eats!")
I'm wishing you a memorable springtime visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth and a relaxing stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Jonna. If you have any additional planning questions, please feel free to stop back by planDisney again anytime - we're happy to help!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
