    I have a reservation at the California Grill for May 11/11, at 9:35 pm. If we check in early for our reservation will we be allowed to go up to the 15th floor observation deck to view the Wishes fireworks at 9pm?

    Hi Joanne!

        Watching Wishes from the rooftop of the Contemporary Resort is a favorite thing for my son and I to do in Walt Disney World!  Yes, you should be able to check in early and watch Wishes at 9:00 pm.  When you check in to California Grill on the second floor of the Contemporary Resort, they give you a flashing pager device and then you ride a special elevator to the California Grill to wait in the lounge until your pager flashes letting you know that your table is ready.  I would recommend that you check in around 8:45 pm and let the Cast Member know that you would like to see Wishes before your dinner at 9:35 pm.  They should be able to accommodate your request.

    I hope that you have a magical Wishes viewing and an even more magical and memorable dinner at the California Grill on your next trip to Walt Disney World!
