    We have a reservation at California Grill 9:05. Fireworks are at 9 that night. My concern is that they will be calling our name to be seated during the show and we will miss the fireworks walking to the table. Also, can you see the show from all tables?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are very excited to have you with us again.

    California Grill is my favorite restaurant at the Walt Disney World Resort. There is nothing more magical than dining at the top of iconic Disney’s Contemporary Resort with beautiful views of Magic Kingdom Park. Being able to book a reservation around Happily Ever After fireworks show time is truly special. This is a one of a kind experience that will help you make lifelong memories.

    All Guests who have a reservation at California Grill are welcome to return to the restaurant to watch Happily Ever After fireworks. Since your reservation time is practically at the time of the fireworks, I recommend checking in at the podium at least 30 minutes before the show to have time to check in and take an elevator to go up to the restaurant. Remember that other Guests may be returning so it can get a little busy. If you are not seated before 9:00 P.M., talk to Cast Members and advise them that you would first like to enjoy the fireworks. Tables at the windows overlooking Magic Kingdom Park offer great views, otherwise I recommend the outside observation deck. Lights are dimmed and the music starts playing in the restaurant as the show starts. It is an unforgettable experience!
