I have a reservation and have booked a package deal however whenever I go to my passes and tickets, it doesn’t show me any QR code and only comes up “package ticket”, how do I find my actual park ticket/QR code

    Hiya Emily!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry for the confusion you have been having with your tickets! I'm glad you came to us for help.

When logging into your My Disney Experience Account you should see your package with Resort stay and tickets. Under Daily Itinerary there should be Resort Hotel and then on the tab, "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" you should see your Magic Tickets. Now, if you are wondering how to get these tickets in your hand so you can enter the Parks then know that a bar code won't appear on the website. If you purchased the tickets from a travel agent and not directly through the Walt Disney Travel Company then you will have to speak with them regarding the status of your ticket. Ticket-only bookings tend to only result in a printable e-ticket right away. If you picked a package an email will arrive about 14 to 28 days before you have to depart. If you are looking for a move physical card with a cute design then once you arrive you have a few choices. You can either visit the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or any Will Call ticket booth located at the entrance to any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Make sure to bring your valid photo ID and e-ticket (preferably printed) and they will set you up.

Now, if you can download the My Disney Experience Mobile App I suggest you do. There is a chance it won't be downloadable until you arrive in the United States but as soon as you can have it on your phone and log in. You will see your tickets by clicking on the "≡" on the bottom right and then "Tickets and Passes." You can even download the tickets onto your smartphone by clicking on "Disney MagicMobile" and following the prompts.

I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please feel free to let me know!

    Happy Planning!

My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
