We have a reservation for BOG, our party size is 16 but we had to to reserve seperate tables and split our party up due to not having a large available table for us, wil we be able to request to all be seated in the same room with 4 seperate tables?

    Hi Chad!

Your travel party must be so excited to have a reservation to dine at Be Our Guest Restaurant. There's no doubt that this is one of the hottest advance dining reservations you can get right now. It's amazing to me how the restaurant can feel like three entirely different experiences depending on whether you dine in the Grand Ballroom, the Castle Gallery or the West Wing. You are in for a treat!

I travel with large groups often to Walt Disney World Resort so I can certainly understand your desire to sit near each other even though you needed to break your party of 16 into separate reservations. I promise that the Cast Members who work in Beast's Castle will do everything in their power to seat your entire group in the same room. There are a few things you can do to make this more likely.
    • Arrive 30 minutes early for your reservation. Let the Cast Member who greets you know that you are a group of 16 and are willing to wait in order to improve the chances of sitting near each other.
    • Be willing to sit in any of the three rooms in the restaurant. It improves the chances that the correct number of tables can be found together.
    • Be flexible with how many people would be willing to sit together. For instance, if you are willing to sit in two parties of eight or two parties of six and one party of four, let them know. This may speed the process along.
    • Decide among your party beforehand how long you are willing to wait for tables in the same dining room. While the Cast Members will do everything they possibly can to accommodate your request to sit together, know that there's a possibility that it will not be possible. It's good to have reasonable expectations going into the situation.
I hope your meal at Be Our Guest Restaurant is as magical as you anticipate!

    Best wishes,
    Jill
