I am going to make a reservation at Blue Bayou. Is there a maximum amount pf people. I want to make the reservation for 7 people?

    Yo ho, Jeffrey!

Welcome back to planDisney! The Blue Bayou Restaurant has always been a favorite of mine. Picture the tranquil elegance, those cozy lights like fireflies, that particularly soothing scent of water, Pirates of the Caribbean barges drifting by, and the delicious flavors of the Big Easy on your plate.

So here’s the word, me hearty: by using the online dining reservation system, I see the option to search for tables of far more than 7. With a party that large, you may be placed at 2 tables that are moved together.

I tried my luck at placing a reservation for a table of 7 on your arrival date, but alas, there is no availability to be found that day. My tip? Keep an eye on the dining website leading up to your visit. Oh, and here's a trick I've used: the walk-up list. If it's all booked online, sail on over in person as soon as they open to check if they have any tables available for the day.

I hope this eases your mind about making reservations for you and your crew, Jeffrey. Feel free to send me another question, and I'll hoist the anchor for a swift response. I'd love to share more of my favorite tips to help make your Disney dreams come true!

    See ya real soon,
