How do I see my reservation and balance due?

    Hi Tammie,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for taking the time to send us your great question!  One of the many things I love about a vacation at Walt Disney World Resort is how easy it is to plan and keep track of all your vacation reservations!

In order to see your Walt Disney World Resort travel plans, including Resort Hotel confirmation and balance owing, sign into your My Disney Experience Account on the Walt Disney World Resort Website.  Under the tab "My Disney Experience" select "My Plans and from there you should be able to scroll down and see all of the reservation details, including the balance owing.  You should also be able to see your Theme Park Tickets, Theme Park Reservations, Advanced Dining Reservations as well as any other Enchanting Extras that you may have booked.  If you have booked a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, you will also be able to make a payment toward your balance owing online in My Disney Experience.

If once you login to your My Disney Experience, you cannot see your reservation, you may need to link your reservation.  To do this, under the "My Disney Experience" tab select "My Plans".  Next, hover over the "Resort Hotel" button and then select "Link Reservation".  From there follow the prompts to add your reservation using the Reservation Confirmation number that was included in your email after booking.

I hope you have a magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort this summer, Tammie.  If you have any other questions, please come back and visit us again here at planDisney, we are always happy to help.
