    I have a reservation in art of animation resort and I was going to personalize my magic bands but I can’t! When I go to “magic bands” it only says to add a pin but no to customize them, thanks for any help

    First off, you'll have so much fun awaiting you at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. I love seeing all the magic moments from my favorite animated classics all around the resort, and the Landscape of Flavors is such an impressive dining locale with wonderful options.

    MagicBands are such fun and functional fashion. (I'm thinking of starting a collection of favorite MagicBand designs), and I am sorry to hear you can't see the option to customize your MagicBand as you want.

    My best suggestion for getting help with your MagicBand is to contact Walt Disney Internet Help Desk directly at (407) WDW-4357 or (407) 939-4357. There are a few ideas that come to my mind and I'm wondering if it could be a shipping address issue, a reservation link issue, or a timing issue for when you plan to arrive. Rather than me guess, though, I think it's best to work directly with the friendly Cast Members who can work with you to address the issue you're seeing.

    I'm hopeful you'll get your MagicBand ready to go and it will unlock all the magic that awaits you.
