Hello! We have a reservation at Art of Animation the day prior to our cruise, we would like to fit a visit to galaxy’s edge, if you had only 3 hours for galaxy’s edge, what would you recommend? My kids also want to fit in time to build a droid. Thank you!

Bright suns, Veronica! Welcome to planDisney.

You've chosen wisely. Few places in the galaxy rival the adventure and wonder of Black Spire Outpost. Even with just a few hours before your voyage, there's plenty of time to experience the sights, sounds, and flavors that make this corner of Batuu unforgettable. You'll want to plan carefully, bearing in mind that Stormtroopers patrol the streets for anything suspicious. Therefore, exercise extreme caution!

If you've got three hours, I'd suggest focusing on two main missions: building your droid at Droid Depot and experiencing Batuu’s signature attractions, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run (perfect for young pilots!) and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. The droid experience typically takes between 20 to 45 minutes. Once you've enjoyed the attractions, spend whatever time you have left exploring the marketplace stalls. You’ll find plenty of treasures and snacks worthy of a galactic traveler. If you want to pick up a souvenir, you'll find a variety of rare artifacts at Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities. If your crew enjoys unique eats, a quick bite at Ronto Roasters is a must before you blast off again.

Tip from a local: To make the most of your limited time, purchase a Lightning Lane Single Pass for each person to ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. That way, you won't spend precious minutes waiting in line. Safe travels, and may the Force be with you!
