Hi Elaine!
Welcome to planDisney! It's always a pleasure to greet a fellow North Carolinian.
Hooray! I see that you have an upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! It sounds like you are trying to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. First, make sure that you have a
My Disney Experience account and your theme park tickets are
linked to that account. If you have others traveling with you, make sure they are connected or listed in your
My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. When you link your tickets, you will need to assign them to each person in your party.
With your tickets linked and assigned, you should be able to make those park pass reservations. Double-check the
theme park availability calendar to make sure there is park availability on the dates of your visit. When I checked, Disney's Hollywood Studios was only available for Annual Passholders on the date of your arrival. If you are staying for a few days, try reserving Disney's Hollywood Studios for later in the week. Whatever you do, hop online and make those park pass reservations as soon as possible!
If you need help reserving a
resort hotel, you can do so online or you can
contact a Cast Member over the phone. I recommend one in the
Disney Resorts Collection. We love Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa because it has a walking path to Magic Kingdom and we also adore Disney's BoardWalk Villas because from there, you can walk to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Disney's Pop Century and Art of Animation Resorts are also super cute and have access to the
Disney Skyliner.
Elaine, I hope this helps! We are so excited to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
