I’ve used this service many times - whether I’m ordering snacks for my little ones or having those trickier items (looking at you, sunscreen!) shipped ahead when we’re travelling with carry-ons only. Let’s take a peek at how it all works!
If you’d prefer to save space in your suitcase, having items delivered is a great option. Most Disney Resorts will hold your packages for about a week before your arrival. Everything is kept with Mail Services and will be waiting for you when you check in. There is a small handling fee per package (currently $6, though that can change), which will be added to your resort folio.
When placing your order, be sure to include your full name followed by “Guest arriving [your arrival date]”, along with the name and address of your Disney’s All-Star Resort. This helps Cast Members make sure your delivery is properly identified and will be ready when you head to the Front Desk for pick-up.
