    I have a 8:20 am reservation at the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at Epcot, but will I be able to get there in time if the Park opens at nine and the buses start running an hour before that? Or do the buses start running an hour before the first reservation?

    Hi Sarah,

    You should be able to use complimentary Disney transportation to Epcot on the morning of your Akershus Royal Banquet Hall reservation.  Typically, the buses do run earlier than an hour before park opening in order to accommodate early morning dining reservations.  I can give you a first-hand example of this because I just returned from a week at Walt Disney World yesterday! 

    The students with whom I was traveling needed to arrive at Epcot at 8 am on a morning when the park was scheduled to open at 9 am.  The Cast Member at the front desk of our Disney resort informed us that we should be on the 7:15 bus that morning to arrive on time for our Youth Education Services program.   So, the buses were running as early as 7:15 am on a day when the park didn't open until 9 am.  Therefore, you should have no trouble making your 8:20 reservation.  Plan to arrive at the bus stop at your resort an hour before your reservation time.  That gives you some flexibility to wait a few minutes if you arrive at the stop between buses.
