Hi Amber, Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Nice restaurant, excellent food inside a medieval castle. My favorite place to have breakfast at WDW. First, I can't tell you exactly what time Disney monorails will starts to run at this particular day, but a Cast Member at your own resort, will tell you and will give you the best option and the most accurate info about transportation. To every restaurant located inside Disney, you should leave at least one hour prior to be safe. And probably, you can enter Epcot around 7:45 a.m. they know that you have to walk to Norwegian pavilion. If you want, one week prior to your vacation, you can call Disney to know if they already know to inform you. Have a magical day! Camila R.
