We have a reservation for 5 adults and 2 kids. We are unable to link accounts properly to book our park days. Can I unlink plans and or tickets to start over? Or even delete my account. We are losing out on possibilities to book our parks. Please help!

Hi, Matthew!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I'm sorry that you're having some problems with your My Disney Experience account.  However, I can tell you that currently there is still plenty of availability for theme park reservations in September.  I'd be happy to help you get everything straightened out with your My Disney Experience account so that you can go ahead and use the Disney Park Pass system to book those theme park reservations for your upcoming trip.

It sounds like you are trying to link everyone in your travel party using the My Disney Experience Family & Friends List.  While it is a good idea to have everyone you are planning with listed in your Family & Friends, you might be able to make your theme park reservations before you get that all squared away.

If one person in your travel party booked this Walt Disney World Resort vacation for everyone, then they should have all of the Guests listed under their Family & Friends.  If this is the case, the person who booked the trip can go ahead and make theme park reservations for everyone in your party.  Guests may make reservations using the Disney Park Pass system for up to 12 people at a time, so your group of seven would be good to go.

If the various Guests in your party booked their vacations separately, it would be fine for everyone to also book their theme park reservations separately if you are having trouble linking your My Disney Experience accounts.  Currently, the time windows listed for Disney Park Pass reservations simply reflect the park's operating hours for that particular day.  Guests who have a park reservation may arrive at the theme park at any time, so you won't have to worry about everyone in your party booking the same particular time slot.

If the scenarios that I have mentioned do not apply to your situation, or if you're still having difficulty linking your accounts or making park reservations, I would recommend calling the Help Center number for My Disney Experience.  I have no doubt that those tech-savvy Cast Members will be able to get everything sorted out for you faster than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"

As you get ready for your vacation, I think this "Know Before You Go" page will be a great resource for you.  I would also recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and the operational updates page on the Walt Disney World Resort website to hEAR all of the latest news about returning to a world of magic.

    See ya real soon!
