Greetings, Alan, welcome to planDisney!
It’s wonderful to hear that your travel party is growing - the more the merrier, especially during
The World’s Most Magical Celebration - the
50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort!
Alan, before making any modifications to your reservation, please refer to the Guest Room capacity limit for your Disney Resort hotel, and if you are within limits, and, depending on the reservation, you may be able to modify your reservation online via your disneyworld.com account, by performing the following:
1. Sign in to your Disney account.
2. Look for and rollover “My Disney Experience” on the far right.
3. Click on “My Plans” and then click on “Resort Hotel.”
4. Select “Modify Reservation” to attempt to add your Guest.
Please note that if you used the services of a third-party vendor, or authorized Disney travel professional, you will have to seek help from them.
If you are unable to modify your plans, Alan, please contact
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations for assistance. The Cast Member will modify your reservation, send you a confirmation email, and the change will be reflected in your Disney account within 24-hours.
When all is in place, you will have to consider adding the new Guest to your
Disney Park Pass reservations (pending availability) with their valid theme park admission. The same will apply to any previously booked
Disney dining reservations - this can be done via your My Disney Experience App by selecting "Future Plans" and then selecting from the list of dining reservations and following the "Modify" prompts thereafter.
Disney Tip-
Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services will augment your theme park touring experiences during your visit!
I hope this information is useful, Alan, and I wish you success with your modifications. Please stop by with any other questions you may have, it would be my pleasure to assist you.
Best Disney Wishes ~ Jacqueline
