Fernanda from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I did my reservation and I can see it in my account but I have will call tickets. Can you see my reservation? Is there another way of you verifying my address from FL to get the tickets before? Can you see my reservations? Thank you

Hey Howdy Hey Fernanda and welcome to planDisney!

So exciting, your next trip to visit us here in the Most Magical Place on Earth is just days away! I think it is such a great benefit to have access to special offers and pricing when it comes to tickets for Florida residents and Disney continues to try and make things as easy as possible for Florida residents to visit Walt Disney World. So with regards to the tickets, let's talk about a few things.

Unfortunately with our role with Disney, we cannot look up to verify any reservations, but you can easily do this on your My Disney Experience account online or through the My Disney Experience app on your smart device. With either option, if you go under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" online or "Future Plans" with the app, you will see the list of activities that you have planned such as with Theme Park Reservations. This would be the easiest way for you to check on your reservations. The issue with Florida Resident tickets, you need to show your proof of residency before getting in the parks. You have two options for this. When purchasing the tickets, there should have been a "Your Florida Resident Information" form to fill out before check-out. If you were unable to fill it out, you will stop by any Vacation Planning Window once you get to the parks to get the actual ticket before entry. A minor extra step, especially when you are super excited about your day in the parks, but should be a quick and easy one. Just make sure to have your proof of residency out and ready to go.

With your upcoming trip, I would highly encourage a visit to EPCOT for EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival going on now. This Festival is a celebration welcoming the start of a new growing season and warmer weather. Between the fantastic flower displays and the food, there are so many reasons this festival has grown to be my favorite! I hope this helps and I wish for a trip full of Magical memories for you and your party.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Nick
