    I want to make reserv for breakfast at Chef Mickeys for Feb 2010. We may have as many as 12, or as few as 5 attending. Should I make the reserv for 12 at this point? Is it easy to reduce the number of diners at a later time?

    Hello Dawn!  If you are able to, I would recommend reserving a table for 12.  I have found it is much easier to reduce the number of people on a reservation vs. adding people to a reservation - especially since Chef Mickey's is one of the more popular restaurants!

    Also, in case you haven't heard, Disney will be expanding the dining reservation window back to 180 days.  So mark your calendar for October 27th - that is the day you'll want to make your reservations.
