I am researching to book our first trip to WDW. I am wondering in which month, late Feb, March, April or May 2011, that the crowds will be low and WDW will have good vacation deals (like free dining plan). Thanks for the help!

Good job in planning ahead for a Disney vacation. It is the best way to go if you can possibly know months away what time you can get away.

Easter is late in 2011 falling on April 24. The weeks surrounding this holiday are always some of the busiest in the parks and I would recommend you avoid those.  The first week of May is going to be iffy since some of the crowds will hang on for a few days.  March tends to be a big school spring break month and I would avoid the second half of this month and April of next year.  Late February is generally a great time but you sacrifice the warmer weather. My family weighs the choices and we always go for the less crowds over the higher temperatures.

Disney has had some wonderful vacation deals the past couple of years. We don't know when and what kind will be offered so its hard to predict the timing.
