    We rescheduled our WDW trip from 4/1 to 9/26/20. we did so b/c of the “free dining package” WDW offered us due to closure.have Air booked etc. Now dining res’s have been eliminated and they are no longer offering DP? So are they taking back their offer?

    Karyn, I too had a Magical vacation planned for this past April that was rescheduled, so I appreciate your question and am happy to help guide you, as we all, like Elsa, venture into the unknown

    Karyn, unfortunately as part of the phased reopening and with direction from health authorities, you are correct that Disney Dining Plans are not currently offered and guests booked with the free dining recovery offer are not able to take advantage of that. However, all is not lost. Disney will be reaching out to guests, like you, with a new offer and to help modify plans should you need to. I would advise keeping a close eye on your email and bookmarking the Disney Parks Blog, as more information is continually released. You can also call directly into the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line and speak with a Cast Member about your package. 

    Karyn, I hope this helps as you are RE-imagining what your September trip might look like. I know it will be different than what we're all used to, but I also know that the Magic of Disney won't ever fade. Like Elsa's sister Anna, I can't wait for the day when they "open up the gates" and welcome us all back.
