Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Dinah!
First things first, I hope that everything is okay with you and your family. I definitely have some experience with life getting in the way of my best-laid plans before, which is why I'm glad that there is some flexibility when it comes to rescheduling a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The best place to start will be to
call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, and I recommend doing this as soon as you can. They will be able to help you out with your
Resort Hotel booking and give you options for adjusting or rescheduling it, and they can also give you advice on how to proceed with the
Theme Park tickets you've already purchased. Make sure to reschedule any of the advanced dining reservations that you've made using the
My Disney Experience app at least 24 hours in advance so you don't get charged a per person fee for missing your reservation. If you've pre-paid for any dining experiences, tours, or special events, let a Cast Member know when you call and they'll be able to connect you to the right place to reschedule or adjust those things as well.
I hope that it all works out for you, Dinah, and hopefully, we'll see you again real soon!
