Welcome to planDisney, Victor. We're so glad you found us to ask this question. Hooray! I can't think of a better way to start the new year than with a visit to the Disneyland Resort. I love that you're thinking ahead and getting all of your magical plans in order.
A valid theme park ticket and theme park reservation are required to enter both parks at the Disneyland Resort. At this time, theme park reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance of your visit. I checked the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and saw that the furthest dates you can make a reservation for right now are in early February. Your planned visit date should become available to book in the next couple of weeks or so.
It sounds like you already have a theme park reservation and would like to make a change to it. No worries and not a problem at all. Once your visit date becomes available, you can easily
modify your existing theme park reservation at the Disneyland site or in the
Disneyland app. I've used this handy feature before and it's super easy to do.
Once you have that taken care of, you can start daydreaming about walking down Main Street, U.S.A. with Sleeping Beauty Castle in the distance. While we're not quite sure yet what magical things will be happening at the resort during your visit, I recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. Here you'll find the latest and greatest updates as well as any
Foodie Guides (my favorite) for any seasonal food offering that may be available during your visit. No visit to the Disneyland Resort is complete without having at least one (or two or three) delicious snacks. A classic favorite of mine is a DOLE Whip on a hot (or even cold) day.
Well, Victor, I hope this information is helpful as you get ready to modify your theme park reservation. Please let us know if we can help with any other questions as you continue to plan. Here's wishing you a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
