Hey there, Benjamin!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! I can imagine the disappointment of having to reschedule your holiday at
Walt Disney World Resort multiple times, and I'm genuinely hopeful for you that there will be, indeed, a great, big, beautiful tomorrow with all the magic awaiting you when you do visit.
What I love about My Disney Experience is that it's an easy-to-use tool to manage all your Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans. I recommend using the "My Plans" features to manage any plans you've made and remove any plans you no longer need in order to keep them up-to-date. You can easily use the "My Plans" features that are available both in
My Disney Experience in your online Disney account, and in the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
For example, if you have made theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system, you'll see these reservations displayed in your daily itinerary in your "My Plans" area. If you're using the website version of My Disney Experience, you should see a "View Details" button that will display a link to cancel the reservation. If you're using the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can simply tap on the Disney Park Pass reservation and you should see a button you can tap to cancel the reservation.
You would want to take a similar approach to
canceling any Resort hotel reservations and any
dining reservations you've made for
Walt Disney World restaurants.
Benjamin, here's hoping you get to visit Walt Disney World Resort soon to enjoy a fantastic holiday. When you start preparing your plans, please do come back to us here at planDisney where we happily offer our tips and insights from our own vacation experiences to help you plan.
As Mickey would say, "See ya real soon!"
