    We have FL Res Platinum annual passes. Online it only showed the gold or silver level for FL residents. These have blackout dates. I did see the Platinum passes but they offered no discount for FL residents nor DVC members. Are those discounts gone?

    Cathy, the special Florida Resident pricing is still available. If you can see the option of the monthly payment option listed under the Annual Passholder price, then you are seeing the special discounted prices for Florida Residents. If the page isn’t showing you that option, try logging into your My Disney Experience account so the system recognizes you as a Florida Resident and you can view those special pricing options. 

    If you still can’t see the specially discounted Annual Passes after logging in, I recommend reaching out to the Annual Passholder helpline by calling (407) 560-7277 where a friendly cast member can further assist you with any pricing questions and purchasing options.
