We have a 10:45 am res. at Ohana this March 2014. We plan on going from our resort to the MK at 9 am opening - any ideas on what we can do near the monorail station before we head over to Poly? Is 30 min enough time for travel between park and hotel?

    Hi there, Laura!

First off, congratulations on planning what promises to be an amazing trip to Walt Disney World!  From what I gather from your question, it sounds like you are planning to head to Magic Kingdom en route to Disney's Polynesian Resort for your breakfast reservation.  I would suggest that you comfortably leave an hour for your travel time between Magic Kingdom Park and the Polynesian.  I would also suggest that you catch a boat marked for Disney's Polynesian Resort from Magic Kingdom.  I think it would be such a pleasant way to start your day.  The boat will drop you off near the beach at the Polynesian.  You will have a relatively quick but lovely walk to the Great Ceremonial House on your way to 'Ohana.

Please let me know if I can help with any additional information!

Until then, I wish you a truly magical vacation!
