    8:15am res. for CRT on 9/3. We are staying off property and driving with car. Confused on how to get to MK on time. Other posts say park and take the monorail, boat, etc to get to MK. Help. What time and where to park to make reservation?

    Hi, Michelle!

    Great question!

    With your own car, you'll have no trouble parking and heading to Magic Kingdom via Disney's Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC). From there, you'll get to choose whether to ride the monorail or take the ferry to Magic Kingdom. Keep in mind that from time to time, the ferry or the monorail may not be an option should either need to close. While this doesn't happen often, when it does, it's good to know that you have another way to get into the magic!

    Personally, I prefer the monorail as they run very frequently; chances are you won't have to wait very long at the monorail station. I would plan to be at the parking lot around 7:15 a.m. This will give you time to get to the monorail / boat, through bag check and through the special line for Guests with early morning reservations. If you have extra time, you can get some great photos in front of Cinderella Castle with very few others in the park. Great photo op!
